We are so excited to announce that WAVAW’s first annual Streaming For Survivors event launches this Friday, and with over 45 streams participating, this is a fundraising event that is not to be missed! What’s more, we are THRILLED to announce that we have already raised the first $1,000 of our $10,000 goal! This community is incredible and we are so excited about the impact this event is having on survivors of sexualized violence. $1,000 is the equivalent of more than a full day of support on WAVAW’s 24-hour Crisis & Information Line!

Streaming for Survivors will be held from March 26^th – 28^th 2021, and will bring together streamers, RGP-ers, podcasters, comedians and Youtubers all of whom believe that survivors of sexualized violence deserve access to WAVAW’s free-of-charge support services. Over three days, participants will use their platforms to inspire their followers and communities to donate to survivors and contribute to a shared goal of raising $10,000 (and we are already $1000 closer to achieving that goal)!
